Convenient location near Westfield Center, tube/bus stops close by. Clean rooms, quiet despite being on a busy street. Good facilities and parking available at a reasonable price. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a tasty breakfast with a variety of options.

The family room was spacious and had a comfortable layout with a double and two single beds. The on-site parking was convenient and the staff were friendly. the hotel's proximity to the tube station made it easy to explore the city.

The bathroom was a bit small and lacked an extractor fan, resulting in a steamy environment. this wasn't a major issue for a short stay.

Great location for exploring KidZania and Westfield shopping centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a cinema nearby. The family room provided comfortable beds for everyone, with enough space for a family and a clean, tidy environment. The en-suite bathroom had a fantastic hot walk-in shower for a refreshing experience. The staff were helpful, polite, and attentive during breakfast, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. The hotel offered a mini fridge freezer in the room, although we didn't need to use it. The adjustable heating controls in the room allowed for a comfortable temperature throughout the night.

Some areas of the hotel are still undergoing renovation, causing inconvenience to guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs by purchasing gluten-free bread from a nearby shop. They also had a great selection of herb teas, perfect for my post-gig relaxation. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and I was impressed by the breakfast provided. The breakfast room was large and bright, and the staff worked hard to ensure everyone was taken care of. The location of the hotel was ideal, being very close to the Goldhawk Road tube station and in close proximity to restaurants and concert venues.

The newly refurbished side is much nicer and fresher. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Super friendly staff throughout. Perfect location for gigs at Shepherds Bush Empire, right across the road. Onsite parking available at a small extra cost.
